无锡市巨威冶金设备制造有限公司(无锡建发机器制造有限公司)始建于八十年代初，位于无锡市经济开发区内，是市机械行业的重点发展企业，专业设计制造：（冷热轧卷板、不锈钢、酸洗、马口铁、硅钢片、镀锌板、彩涂板、铝板、带钢）开卷矫平横剪切生产线、纵剪分条生产线、二辊、四辊、六辊、十二辊、十四辊、二十辊、系列冷热轧机、W11系列三辊卷板机、冷弯机组等系列产品，同时重视高新技术产品的开发、研究、设计。本公司推出的数控卷板开卷纵剪、矫平系列设备，具有九十年代国际水平，其中纵剪分条速度达120M/min，矫平横切机80M/min，横切定尺公差在±0.1mm以内。适用于加工板厚度从0.14mm～25mm的各种规格金属卷板。
